The Green reed is made from a selection of high quality professional cane, selected for its lightness and freedom which suits oboists that prefer a light, free-blowing and responsive reeds whilst maintaining a rich tone.
All IonaReeds are made with professional grade materials across the range so this reed is suitable for oboists who prefer very little resistance in their reeds.
All reeds are wired. The standard length of this reed is 70mm length (this can be adjusted upon request).
If you have a specific requirement - e.g. you would like a thin tip - please inform me when you are placing your order. The length of the scrape cannot be substantially altered.
